Locations? Take Note!

May 16, 2025 - I’m amazed as go about my day - to and from work along with running errands - how frequently I see a house or building that catches my eye. I often think to myself, ‘Oh wow .. that’s really cool .. I must go back and get some photos of that place’. But the key to remember those buildings and their locations is to write them down and make notes to remind myself that it’s place I want to return to with my camera. To that end, I am a big Field Notes user and I’m going to commit to carry one with me in the car so that I can capture those details as I go about my day. Carrying my Field Notes and writing down the details are great habits to build; habits that I hope you too will build into your photography routine.
