Strode Gallery Exhibition

Sept 12, 2025 - I am pleased to announce the 3 photos I submitted to the Shrode Photography Competition at the Cedarhurst Center for the Arts in Mount Vernon, IL have been accepted into the Exhibition. 304 photographs were entered in this year’s competition by 78 different artists, representing 37 southern Illinois communities! 39 works were accepted representing 32 photographers. The top award winners will be announced during the ‘Gather at the Galleries’ opening reception on Saturday, October 4th at 5-7 pm. I look forward to attending the reception with fingers crossed that one of my images will be one of the award winners. Here are the images I submitted.
